You could be making weight loss unnecessarily hard for yourself. Eating foods with low NOW Profile scores makes it easier to achieve and maintain your optimum weight.

Let’s start with some basic facts:
1. To lose weight you’ve got to take in fewer calories than you burn.
2. While it’s best to eat less AND increase your activity level, most people are better at reducing the calories they take in than they are at burning them through exercise.
